Position: Russian-Speaking Sales Manager (Luxury Yachts & Catamarans), Dubai, UAE

Salary: 16K AED / month + Commissions. Visa + Health Insurance will be covered by the company.

Our client is urgently looking to hire a full-time Sales Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Hybrid work could be accepted.

Our client (the world’s leading manufacturer of luxury yachts and catamarans) is looking for a detail-oriented sales manager to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The sales coordinator’s responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.

To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.


 Communicate effectively with sales executives, management and company clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships.

 Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, etc.

 Follow up with leads acquired from trade shows, events, exhibitions and other events

 Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets

 Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis as instructed by the Director of Sales.

 Input new sales inquiries into the company’s database and update program files in the database as needed.

 Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting program information in order to increase productivity of sales.

 Maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

 Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings

 Create proposals and contracts that accurately reflect the services requested. This includes word processing, creative writing, costing and research

 Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, arranging and scheduling delivery dates.

 Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.

 Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

 Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

 Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.

 Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies. Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience  1 year experience at a sales in Luxury Yachts / Catamarans industry in mandatory  Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving  Strong analytical skills, mathematically inclined  Strong verbal and written communication skills  Expert in Excel
