Our client is looking to hire a full-time General Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.

The company itself is a Dubai-based boutique Real Estate company specialized in selling and renting top-notch properties in prime location. Home-Staging, concierge services for VIP clients (athletes, artists and businesspeople of global influence)
Office working hours:
a/ Mon – Fri:
-8am – 12pm
-1pm – 6pm
b/ Two Saturdays per month from 9am – 4pm
c/ Sunday’s duties in case of urgencies could be operated remotely only when necessary
Salary range: 25K AED – 28k AED / Month based on the experience.
Health insurance and employment visa will be provided by the company.
-Provide Leadership and direction to a team of people
-Manage operations and finances of the business (forecasting, budget planning, cashflow management)
-Recruit and train new hires on business practices
-Ensure continuous quality of work is delivered an maintained
Reporting directly to the CEO of the company, the General Manager’s tasks will be, but not restricted to: -Improve efficiency and increase profits while managing the overall operations of a company or division -Manage directly a team of initially 30+ people (including Real estate Agents, Civil engineers, Sales & Marketing Managers, Projects Managers and more to come) -Pilot the sales targets to contribute constantly to the commercial expansion of the company -Developing investment strategy with Owners -Diversify portfolio – promote stronger return on assets -Develop the Leasing, Property Management and Property Sales strategy
-Develop policies and procedures in line with RERA regulations -Oversee, plan and budget the process for all current and upcoming projects -Emphasize collaboration with local agents to be up-to-speed with the market trends -Supervise staff in office and on-site to ensure on-time delivery of projects and clarity in communication throughout the staff -Multi-task supervision of 5 revenue centers (Property Management, Sales, Conciergerie, Home Staging and Residential Construction) -Overhead contracting with customers, suppliers and government entities. -Ensuring consistent customers satisfaction and up-high company standards -Attend Networking events and Investments & VIP Cohorts in UAE to stay on the look out.
The candidate must be possessing excellent English level (spoken, read, written perfectly).
A master’s degree in Sales, Management, Marketing or Communication ideally from a Business School
A strong Entrepreneurship mindset is mandatory. A great communicator and a natural / influential leader who can make a prominent impact on the organization.
Candidate must be able to work with SME’s and has to be able to adapt to the rapid growth of the structure with growing number of employees, accounts and equipment.
The perfect candidate must be flexible, team leader with the ability to transmit the knowledge and train people flawlessly.
Candidate must be very well-spoken with outstanding organization skills are key to the role with an immaculate attention to the details.
Proactive and reactive attitude. Ability to be very responsive
Age to be eligible: 28-35 years old
Substantial experience in leadership and management of a company. Background in construction, real estate or luxury hospitality is a must.
6 months trial period
A valid UAE Driving license with own car is a must
Holidays: 5 weeks / an (July -Aug, Eid breaks and Xmas)
